These terms govern your access to and use of IPTVShop. By subscribing, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing or using IPTVShop (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription.
2. The service
IPTVShop provides access to streaming media content over the internet on a subscription basis. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We continually work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Channel and content availability may change without notice as licensing and sources change.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are sold for fixed terms (3, 6 or 12 months) and for a chosen number of simultaneous device connections. Prices are shown at the point of purchase.
Orders are placed and confirmed through our support channels. Your subscription is activated once payment is confirmed. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you renew manually when your term ends.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service for personal, lawful viewing only. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly broadcast, or share your login credentials beyond the number of connections in your plan (unless enrolled in our reseller program).
You may not use the Service to infringe the rights of others or in any way that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without refund.
5. Intellectual property
All content delivered through the Service is the property of its respective rights holders. Trademarks and channel names belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
The IPTVShop name, branding and website are our property and may not be copied without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTVShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the 'last updated' date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
