2. How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@iptvshop.io within your 7-day window. Include the contact details you used to order so we can locate your subscription.
Before refunding, our support team will offer to resolve any technical issue — often a quick server switch or setup fix solves the problem and you keep your service.
3. Eligibility
Refunds apply to first-time subscriptions within the 7-day period. Renewals and reseller credit packs are non-refundable once activated.
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of the guarantee, such as repeated sign-ups solely to obtain refunds.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method. Depending on the provider, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear.
