1. Our commitment
IPTVShop operates as a lawful, licensed streaming service. We do not knowingly host or distribute infringing content, and we act promptly on valid notices.
2. Filing a notice
If you believe content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@iptvshop.io with the subject line "DMCA Notice".
Your notice should include: (1) your contact details; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it appears; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
3. Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question and notify the relevant party.
We may also terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@iptvshop.io. We will review counter-notices in accordance with applicable law.
