Roku setup
Roku doesn't allow sideloading, so you'll use a Roku Channel that accepts an M3U link. Setup is a little more manual but works well once loaded.

Add an IPTV channel
From the Roku home screen, open the Channel Store and add an M3U-compatible player such as 'Worldwide IPTV'. Some players are added via a web link on your Roku account.
Roku has no Downloader — you load your line as an M3U URL inside a Roku IPTV channel.

Open the player and find its input
Launch the channel; it will ask for a playlist name and an M3U URL.

Paste your M3U link
